licensees to stock alcoholic beverages in guest rooms and                      
prohibiting certain room rentals for the purpose of providing

Representative Ogan objected and withdrew the objection.  There being          
no further objection, it was so ordered.                                       
                                                                               
SB 78 am was read the third time.                                              
                                                                               
Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that he be             
allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.  Objection       
was heard, and Representative Mackie was required to vote.
